The centerpiece for this particular dinner last weekend at my late Amah’s house was the roasted dishes. All the other dishes were put around the dish. Definitely a traditional Chinese family meal with the vegetables and different varieties of meat shown in here. Would fulfill the requirement for a square meal. The trick is to take a little bit of everything and not to attempt to gulp everything down.

How many people was fed during this period? About 20-25 people I think. And, we were all very very full afterwards.
