From Kuching News site, found a link to theStar article about a cafe that will be set up in Kuala Lumpur offering some tempting Sarawakian food. Wonder if they will also do the delicious ethnic/native foods as well. Halal ones of course.

every state has it’s own way of cooking and certain dishes are uniquely sarawakian e.g. the sarawak laksa, the kolo mee.
try it out and u’ll see what i mean. ^_^
hello wena… its ME and I am in melbourne. trying not to browse this blog too often… reminds me of food back home. Sometimes wonder why did I leave a food heaven to come to a regimented-diet livestyle with a maximum spending of 40 dollars for graceries a week. sigh….

mmmm… I’m a Sarawakian working in Peninsular Msia. Really miss Sarawak Laksa & kam puah mee. (but not Kolo mee).. as well as some of the dishes like Bilin fern and those local fruits which can’t be found over here …
