I didn’t managed to post up some of my earlier lunches so here they are.
Mason Jar Lunches : Ham Salad with Seaweed…. What?!?!
I’m not sure if this salad was a good idea or not. The dressing is made from apple juice that was mixed with lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper. The veggies were celery, crispy lettuce and Japanese pickled seaweed salad called “chuka wakame.”
The plate is for breakfast. The jars are lunch and early dinner before gym class.

It’s that time of the year for Dabai!
How to make gluten-free banana fritters
I made this video a couple of years ago when I was back in Miri for 2013 Chinese New Year Celebrations. My cousin was teaching me how to make Banana Fritters ala Long Lellang. It was a delicious way of making banana fritters without flour, hence, a tasty gluten-free meal. Click below to see the video and more information about making this gluten-free meal.
Wrap ‘N’ Go at 626 Food Corner
Haven’t blogged in awhile so you know that it’s worth reading when I do end up blogging. Haha! Actually, it was more about fixing my passwords because I got a bit of a “wake-up call email” from the cousin who helped me to set this up years ago.
I had ordered 2 sandwiches for a lunch takeaway to eat with Granny. What you see is Go-Eggy (RM4) and Go-Beefy(RM6). And surprisingly, the bread said moist even though it was an hr later. I ordered it from a quaint little kopitiam (coffeeshop) called 626 Food Corner where there was a little stall called Wrap ‘N’ Go.
