I decided to start posting again so I’m digging up pictures from my iPhone where there are still plenty of pictures. Probably a few hundred so here is a cutesy one.
Porcupine tousa (red bean) pau. It looked good but didn’t taste that great. Bought from 99 Dim Sum hawker stall at Siang Siang Coffeeshop in Tabuan Jaya.
Note : picture coming soon once sorting out issues with posting pics through iPhone’s WordPress App.
If there’s one thing that I really need to do, is to sort out this entire blog and getting to know WordPress again. It’s been a long time since I’ve really look at this so it’s a steep learning curve again.
One day, I would really need to relook all the categories and seriously do something about them. It’s just a darn mess to think of how to sort everything out.
Woke up early at 5 am and made it to the Waterfront at 6:15 am. And ended up queing for an hour for registration and to get the free T-shirt. Never did expect so many people to wake up early for a free T-shirt! Luckily, I managed to get one, even if it was a size S. (Kudos to the YB who said that Nestle promised to have ready 3,000 T-shirts for next year’s event!).
Friends : Good thing you got a Size S! It’s now a good motivation for you to keep on exercising!
I nearly forgot to mention this. On Sunday 21 Nov 2010, Nestle is organizing a World Walking Day activity at the Kuching Waterfront 6am – 11:30 am. Registration is free for the public and will be carried out in front of the clock tower of the Old Courthouse. Click on the image to get to the program flyer or just click here.
So, see you guys there ! Ikut kamek jalan Rami-Rami!!
The title of the eBooklet is “Loosing the Baggage” and contains Tips & Tricks on how I had lost over 20kg in the past 18 months as well as reduce my blood pressure AND healed from a slipped disc injury*. Sounds too good to be true? Well, it can also work for you.
The eBooklet is short and simple as well as easy to understand. And do give me your feedback on it. 🙂
*For the slipped disc injury, I still sort professional help and I would recommend that you still seek medical advice if you had similar conditions.
